So it's not news now that Bat-fleck will be the new Caped Crusaider. But for those who can't see, or can't appreciate the idea, I have explained a few reasons as to why he is the perfect choice.THE FEEL
The new DC franchise rebooted itself with Man of Steel (One of my favorites of all time.) and the new tone set was spectacular. I admit, when I first heard the news, I didn't realize how much of a match-mate in heaven it was. So Superman is all powerfull and everything right? So how in the world could Batman even compare? By being an older, wiser, hardend veterine of the vigilante underbelly. Now I love the Nolan fils as much as the next guy, but makr my words this portrale will be the quintesensial Batman. How you ask...
THE LOOK
Henry Cavill is a beast of a man, thats a given. He pretty much has enough muscle for all of the Justice League, but Cavill will need to make room for Bat-fleck. Not only is Ben pushing 6'4", but this guy can add mass like nobodys business. Wait and see, as big aas Cavill is, Affleck will be as, if not, bigger. Not to mention he looks just like a Bruce Wayne.
ACT-FLECK
For those who keep saying "Affleck will suck...just look at Daredevil!" To all of those comments I say this...REALLY? Daredevil and the other mentioned movies are over a decade old. Say for example you're an artist, or musician, or anything; aren't you better after 10 years of trial and effort? And just look at Affleck recent Work. The Town, Agor (Best Picture), this guy is top talent in the business. And lets be honest, once the suit is on, there's not much Thespian acting going on.
THE BONUS
And finally, with Affleck under contract with WB I'm sure we will be able to see more of his projects. This guy is one of the top directors in the game. And we get more (As mentioned above) then we all win. So there it is. Just a few reasons why we should all take a deep breath, and not make any rash decisions. None of us really know what we're in for until we see the footage anyway. Thanks.
